Servicing Transfer Timeline
- It can take up to a week after the servicing transfer date for online account registration to be available.
- We will send a welcome package which will include helpful information including your PHH loan skey which is used to identify your account.
- We will reach out to you with informational emails providing important details regarding the transfer.
