If you haven't yet enrolled - we can help you get started! Just click on the blue "Log In" button at the top of the screen to access the site, then click the Register Now button. Enroll today! It's free, simple and secure to setup an online account and
access all your reverse mortgage details.
1. Enter your First and Last Name as they appear in your loan documents.
2. Enter your Date of Birth.
3. Enter your Loan Identification Number - you'll need your Loan Skey or Loan Number - for help finding this information, check your monthly statement. Your Loan Skey is a unique loan identification number found in the bottom left corner of
any monthly statement. Your Loan Number can be found in the Account Information section of any monthly statement or on any of your closing documents.
4. Click Continue and now you can set up your security questions.
5. Next, enter your email address and create a password - TIP: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain a special character (#!@) and at least one uppercase letter.
6. Retype your password to confirm.
7. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
8. Click "Register" to complete your registration and generate your Welcome email.
IMPORTANT: Check your email for the Welcome email and click the link to authenticate and complete your registration!
