Thank you again for obtaining your new reverse mortgage through Liberty Reverse Mortgage!  Now that your mortgage has closed, our servicing division, PHH Mortgage, will be your primary point of contact to monitor your account and manage your disbursements.  Below is some helpful information to help you get acquainted with what is available to you to help manage your account.

Online Account Setup

Access your account online or download the mobile app. If you don’t have an online account yet, sign up for a free account today.  

The website allows you to easily manage your account:
  • Registering for online access will allow you to see your monthly account statements as soon as they are published.
  • You can download Helpful Forms like the annual occupancy certificate or draw request form.
  • You can also reach out to us via the Contact Us screen.

Disbursements

Direct Deposit - Sign up online or use the form that will be provided in your welcome package.   Whether you receive scheduled payments or request disbursements periodically, Direct Deposit is the safest and most efficient way to receive your funds.  If you didn’t provide a voided check at closing, you can sign up online, or download the form here and follow the instructions to return the form.
